Susan is extremely proud to manage a superior team of sales associates in the Spartanburg market. Coldwell Banker has recognized her agents in 2007 for being in the Top 20 Offices Nationally for Total Units Sold and Closed Volume. These awards exemplify the quality of service provided by these associates.

 

Susan is a full-time manager and considers herself fortunate not to have to compete with her agents in property sales. She enjoys the challenges of management and is rewarded by the successes of each agent in her office.

 

A native of Spartanburg, Susan has been in the real estate profession since 1988. She has served in various capacities on the Spartanburg Board of Realtors, the Friends Board of Brookgreen Gardens, Ballet Spartanburg and the Middle Tyger Community Center. She also served two terms on the Board of Visitors for the Spartanburg Regional Medical Center and is a 1998 graduate of Leadership Spartanburg. Susan is currently a member of the Spartanburg County Commission for Higher Education.

 

She and her husband have raised three children in this community, and she has the understanding and appreciation for the quality of life that Spartanburg offers her citizens.

professional Realtors who also share their time with many civic and community organizations.
