Marguerite R. Wyche, BIC, CRS, GRI is Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker
Caine, Greenville South Carolina. She was an owner and President of The Furman
Co., Residential LLC from 1996 - 2001 when The Furman Co., Residential LLC merged
with Coldwell Banker Caine. In her current capacity, Ms. Wyche continues her management
responsibility with this leader in residential real estate in the upstate of South
Carolina.
Ms. Wyche is currently serving on the MLS Committee and the Professional Standards
Committee for the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. In the past, she
has served on the Board of Directors and has served as MLS President.
Active in community affairs, Ms. Wyche currently serves on the Greenville Hospital
Foundation Board, Furman University Board of Visitors, Christ Church Episcopal
School Board, the Vestry of Christ Episcopal Church and the Vanderbilt Alumni
Board of the upstate of South Carolina. Ms. Wyche is listed in Marquis' Who's
Who American Women, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, and Who's Who in the
World.
Ms. Wyche is married to M. Baker Wyche III, an attorney and senior partner in
Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, a leading national labor relations
firm. They attend and are very active in Christ Episcopal Church.
