Jim received a BA degree from Clemson University and a masters degree from the
University of South Carolina. He began his real estate career in Columbia, SC
as a sales associate in 1973 and has worked, ever since, in various real estate
capacities. In 1980, Jim opened his own Real Estate firm in Easley, SC and had
a successful brokerage with residential and commercial sales departments as well
as a property management department until its sale in 2006.
After the sale of his company, Jim joined Coldwell Banker as a corporate trainer
and manager of the Anderson office. He continues to manage that office as a member
of the Coldwell Banker Caine organization. Jim is certified as a South Carolina
real estate instructor and a Coldwell Banker corporate trainer. |
