As Broker in Charge of the  firm's Downtown Greenville office she works with a dynamic and highly productive group of agents and brokers, working throughout the county. Licensed since 1983, Fritzi's one of only a few brokers in this marketplace holding all three of the following professional designations: Certified Residential Brokerage Manager, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate, REALTORS Institute. Having had a 15 year successful sales career allows Fritzi to uniquely understand and support agents and clients alike, in reaching their objectives.

With strong training experience she is focussed on keeping agents ahead of market trends, and the complex nature of real estate transactions in this age of technology, disclosure and discovery. She has a strong background of involvement with REALTOR organizations, specifically issues relating to Professional Standards and Multiple Listing Service policy. In 2008 she serves as the Vice-President of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS (GGAR) and is a sitting member of the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Association of REALTORS (SCAR). Past committee work has included the Multiple Listing Service (Chair), Grievance, Professional Standards, Forms, REALTORS Political Action (RPAC), and Nominating.

 

Raised overseas, by American parents, Fritzi  speaks German and claims Newport News, Virginia as home. Having met, and married a Greenville native though she is rarely pulled away from this great, new hometown since it has so much to offer! Life in Greenville is great! She is a Sustaining member of the Junior League of Greenville, and member of the United Way's Women's Leadership Council. Fritzi and her husband Steve, a commercial airline pilot, are members of First Baptist Church Mauldin and live on a turf runway in Simpsonville.
