Step 1:
Our New Agent Training begins with FastStart, Coldwell Banker’s award winning training program for agents new to the business.
Taken either on-line as eFastStart or with our in-house trainer, this program
teaches the basics of the real estate profession as well as offers exposure to
some of the tools offered by Coldwell Banker Corporation. |
Step 2:
Right after FastStart, our New Agent Orientation is tailored specifically to
our Coldwell Banker Caine Sales Associates and is a professionally guided learning
experience featuring step-by-step elements of beginning a successful real estate
career. During your first quarter you will attend a series of classes presented
by our Managers to give you a clear understanding and working knowledge of real
estate sales from listing to closure and Service Beyond the Contract. |
Step 3:
Training begins with a company overview and introductions to our many departments, including: Relocation, Concierge, Internet Response
Team, Marketing, Residential Property Management, New Homes, and all of our Administrative
offices. You’ll learn about agency concepts and relocation procedures. Then
representatives from our marketing department will explain the many tools at your
disposal for advertising and promoting you and your listings. |
Step 4:
Our Mortgage and Home Warranty folks will share their options with you and we
will also explain how to deal successfully with builders and new construction.
We’ll guide you through objection handling techniques, CMA’s, contracts, prospecting
and personal promotion. We’ll even give instructions on the proper way to measure
and show a home. New agents receive Internet enhancement training classes and
we also offer tips for Realtor Safety. All of our classes are rich in content
designed to jump-start a smart and successful career in Real Estate by showing
you how Relationships are at the Heart of Our Business. |
