Brad Halter, CRB, GRI is president of the Caine Company which operates both Coldwell Banker Caine and Coldwell Banker Caine Commercial. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and leads community outreach and business development initiatives for the firm. A third generation Realtor®, Brad has held just about every position in the company, and has experience in residential sales and management, commercial sales and leasing and new home construction.
A licensed Realtor since 1978, Brad is a former director of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), and past president of the group's Mulitiple Listing Service and chairman of the Professional Standards Committee.
Brad is active in the Upstate community, serving on the board of directors for the Greenville Convention and Visitors Bureau, and was recently re-appointed for a second term on the City of Greenville Board of Zoning Appeals by Mayor Knox White. He sits on the Long Range Facilities committee for Christ Church Episcopal, is chairman of the Greenville Downtown Area Partnership and serves on BankGreenville's board of directors.
In addition, Brad is a past member of the Board of Governors for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, and has appeared in Greenville Magazine's annual "50 Most Influential People" four times. He is a mentor with Greenville Chamber's Pace Setter's program, and sits on advisory committees with the Greenville Hospital System and the Greenville Transit Authority.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the Univeristy of South Carolina, and lives with his wife of more than 25 years and two daughters in Greenville. When he's not working, Brad enjoys fishing and hunting, reading and gardening with his wife.
