Brad, a third generation Realtor, manages the Residential, Relocation and Property
Management Groups and is the President of Coldwell Banker Caine Residential. He
has a BS in Finance from the University of South Carolina and has earned the Graduate
Realtors Institute (GRI) and the Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) designations
from the National Association of Realtors.
Licensed since 1978, Brad is a past Director of the Greater Greenville Association
of Realtors, past President of the Association's Multiple Listing Service, and
past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. He is currently a member
of the South Carolina Association of Realtors Board of Directors, serves on the
Greenville Hospital System Advisory Board, a director of the new Community Bank,
Bank Greenville, President of the Downtown Area Partnership and is a member of
the board of directors of the Greenville Convention and Visitors Bureau.
He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce,
the Long Range Facilties committee at Christ Church, and is a member of the Board
of Zoning Appeals. Brad has experience in Residential Sales/Management, Commercial
Sales/Leasing and New Home Construction.
