Benji Smith is the Vice President / Broker in Charge of Coldwell Banker Caine's
Pelham Road office. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
from Francis Marion University, he continued his education in Real Estate at the
Polley Associates Real Estate School in Pennsylvania, Wyatt Institute of Real
Estate in Greenville, SC and The Real Estate School of South Carolina in Columbia,
SC. Benji has earned the Coldwell Banker Office Manager's Award for Excellence
in 2003 and 2005, which places him in the top 4% of Coldwell Banker Managers internationally.
Originally from the Lowcountry of South Carolina, Benji has made Greenville his
home with his wife, Dr. Nancy Netter and sons, Jack and Sam. |
