Today, the Principals of Coldwell Banker Caine and Real Estate Associates announced the merger of the two companies, which will operate under the Coldwell Banker Caine name.

 

According to Brad Halter, President of Coldwell Banker Caine, and Pat Loftis, Owner of Real Estate Associates, the merger will strengthen services provided to home buyers and sellers in Oconee County.

Real Estate Associates--which is located in Seneca--was established in 2006 by Loftis, who possesses 25 years of real estate experience. Its team—which had worked together for many years prior to the company’s opening—has provided Oconee County with more than 100 years of combined real estate experience. The new team and office formed by the two companies will consist of 15 sales associates providing services from the current location of Real Estate Associates at 310 By Pass 123 in Seneca. Its operations will be led by Alan Abshire, Coldwell Banker Caine’s current Seneca-based Broker-in-Charge.
