Jake Dickens Broker, CCREC

Jake began his real estate career in 1995. He holds a Broker license as well as the designation of CCREC - Certified Consumer Real Estate Consultant. Jake is a native of the Upstate and was born in Laurens, SC. He received a Baccalaureate degree in Business from Presbyterian College.

Jake specializes in contract negotiations whether for a buyer or a seller. He believes in "show me" and not "trust me", helping to give his clients peace of mind and educating them throughout the real estate process.

His clients "get" what he is doing for them. By clearly communicating his goals and effectively setting a path, he removes surprises and anxiety from his clients. He treats each transaction as a learning process in which he is accountable to teach.

Jake is a member of First Baptist Church in Simpsonville. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, yardwork, and especially his two-year old Lab, Pete.
