Pete Edge

Pete has lived in Greenville for over 30 years. He is well connected to the community and has a vast knowledge of the area. He is a volunteer soccer coach, assistant swim team coach, and actively involved in church activities. Pete serves on the Golden Strip YMCA Steering Committee and is also a member of the Greenville Spinners Cycling Club, the Greenville Track Club, and Upstate Triathlon Club. He and his wife, daughter and son enjoy outdoor activities. Pete attended Clemson University and Southern Wesleyan University. He has the energy and dedication to help people get the results they want. Pete believes it is important to be dedicated to staying on top of real estate trends in order to meet the customers’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Pete is a multi-million dollar Top Producer at the Pelham Road office and in 2005 received the distinguished Coldwell Banker President’s Circle award.
