Anyone that is making a real estate purchase is going to be, or should be concerned with the long term value of their investment. Most people wouldn’t hire the nicest stock broker with the best smile to manage their entire stock portfolio. The same should be true when you buy and sell real estate. Whether you realize it or not, property will most likely be the largest part of your investment portfolio. I believe you should recognize that and treat it with the same amount of respect as you do your paper wealth. Consult someone that has a brain and smile, as well as short and long term views when it comes to handling your biggest tangible asset. Yes, I want to sell you a house or lot today.
