MY CAREER
My name is Susan McCoy and I began my career in real estate as an assistant for my sister in 1997. In 1999, I became a full time Realtor and we began to work as a team and were among the top producers in South Carolina for Coldwell Banker. After my sister relocated to another part of the state, I worked as a Real Estate Paralegal in a local attorney's office . Then in 2004, I continued my career as a full time Realtor in the Upstate of South Carolina. I am honored to be back at Coldwell Banker were I started my career in real estate and I am excited to be part of a team that is totally dedicated to providing the type of customer service that I feel every client deserves.

MY FAMILY
I have lived in the Easley area of Upstate South Carolina my entire life. I have been happily married to my husband, Derrick, for over 37 years. We have two wonderful daughters who also make their homes, with their families, in Easley. Blessed now with three beautiful grandchildren, who of course, are Mimi and Papa's pride and joy!

MY MISSION
I feel my past and present knowledge of real estate helps me to provide the utmost in customer service and professionalism. I list and sell property in the Upstate of South Carolina including Residential, Land, Commercial, Lake and Mountain properties. I work with first-time home buyers as well as experienced buyers. I strive to make the transaction as smooth a transition as possible for all my clients. I still believe in the "Golden Rule."
