FORMER CAREER ENHANCES MY REAL ESTATE CAREER
A former teacher, counselor and assistant principal, I use the knowledge, skills and research
techniques of my former career to enhance my marketing techniques and to teach and counsel
my buyers and sellers in their real estate needs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
I have a BA and MA from Furman University and a graduate specialization from Clemson
University. I am also a graduate of the Realtor Institute and hold the distinction as one of the few
who is a Certified Residential Specialist. I am a licensed broker in both North and South
Carolina and formerly owned my own company. I also hold both buyer and seller specializations.
I am a member of the local, state and national associations of Realtors and have served on the
Greenville Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Board.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT?
A native of Pickens County means I have first-hand knowledge of the upstate communities and neighborhoods. I am
committed to quality service and am constantly up-dating my research and technology skills to provide quality service in a
professional atmosphere,
Consistent Top Million Dollar Producer means I have learned to listen and understand my clients/customers and their needs
and goals.
Market awareness means I have the knowledge of all listings in the area and can provide a market
analysis that matches the style, location and specific amenities of the home you want to buy or sell.
The bottom line of what makes me different... I care enough to offer the best. "Service above Self" is not only the motto
of Rotary International of which I am a member, it is the motto by which I live my life and treat my clients.
