Anita Newton

Anita is an orchid. Like an orchid, she grew up in the steamy, foothills climate. And yet, she has lived in New York, Houston, TX, and Boston, MA. She is the small town girl with some big city sophistication. She know upstate South Carolina and America society. She can guide those moving into the Greenville area as well as those who have lived here for generations.

Anita was a teacher first, educated at Clemson and Fordham Universities. She taught English to Kindergartners who spoke other languages at home. This evolved into a business instructing children and adults in English. She has redirected her energies into Real Estate as a new career.

Anita is involved in the community of Greenville. She is an active member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. Community service takes her to Triune Methodist to assist the homeless of the community. Gardening and reading are her hobbies. Also, she enjoys knitting and other handwork, when she squeezes in the time.
